Acceptable Use Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Proxellor 4G and 5G mobile proxy services and forms an integral part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing, accessing, or using our proxies, you agree to comply fully with this policy, and we reserve the right to update it at any time to address new threats or legal requirements.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1. You are strictly prohibited from using our proxy network to engage in, facilitate, or promote any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities, which explicitly includes, but is not limited to: financial fraud, credit card testing (carding), credential stuffing, account takeovers, accessing or distributing illegal content, launching Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, distributing malware, ransomware, or viruses, phishing, and any form of identity theft.

3. Network Abuse

3.1. You must not use our mobile IPs to intentionally degrade, disrupt, or bypass the security controls of any third-party networks, platforms, or APIs. Network abuse includes aggressive web scraping that causes measurable infrastructure damage to target sites, bypassing rate limits to spam forums or social media platforms, creating abusive automated botnets, and sending unsolicited bulk electronic communications (spam).

4. Law Enforcement and Monitoring

4.1. Proxellor does not provide a haven for cybercriminals and we will cooperate fully with lawful requests from international and local law enforcement agencies. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP, and in the event of a valid subpoena, warrant, or court order, we will disclose relevant account information, billing details, and available connection logs associated with the illegal activity.

5. Enforcement and Termination

5.1. We proactively monitor our network for signs of abuse and process all incoming third-party abuse reports. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any part of this Acceptable Use Policy, we hold the absolute right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and proxy access without prior warning. No refunds, whether partial or full, will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to AUP violations.
