1. Agreement to Terms

1.1. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Proxellor 4G and 5G mobile proxy network, and by registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply fully with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Pricing and Payments

2.1. We offer a 1 Hour Test plan for $1, a 1 Day Plan for $5, a 7 Days Plan for $20, and a 30 Days Plan for $50 so you can choose the level of commitment that fits your needs. Payments are securely accepted via Stripe and NOWPayments, and all payments for ongoing subscriptions must be made in advance.

3. Service Availability and Refunds

3.1. We aim to deliver our services without interruption, but we cannot control the weather, carrier outages, or other force majeure events that may affect connectivity, and no refunds are provided for downtime caused by factors outside of our direct control. Full refunds are only granted if requested within the first 24 hours of your initial purchase AND if the mobile data consumed on the proxy is under 1GB.

3.2. If the service fails to work after the initial 24-hour period and we are unable to provide a working replacement or a viable solution within 24 hours of your support ticket being opened, you may request a pro-rata refund strictly for the remaining unused time on your plan. Under no circumstances will a full refund be issued if the service has been used for more than 24 hours or if data usage exceeds the 1GB threshold.

4. User Responsibilities and Account Security

4.1. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and bear full liability for all data traffic routed through your assigned proxy ports. To prevent fraud and chargebacks, Proxellor reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately without refund if we detect suspicious payment activity or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
